I live at Canterbury Crossing apartments and the management is horrible. They will not do all they can to satisfy the tenants. It doesn't matter how much you complain about any given problem, nothing is ever done!! Noise, traffic, loud music, children running around buildings where they do not live, any nuisance to a tenant is just that, your nuisance, they just don't care. Please do not ask for the home office to file a formal complaint----they outrightly refuse to give it to you. Keep on trying until you find a complex with a more concerned staff. One where the tenant is number 1. Remember without tenants, they have no check!!!!

My experience with this complex was also terrible. I guess that we were lucky that they rented the apartment that we were to get right out from under us after they told us that we had it. After they saw us in person they saw that our skin was not the right color.

True there is noise there are families here not old people. mostly young families, single mothers, children at play.welike it just fine and oh yeah and i like my music loud too if you want me to tell me i will turn it down just ask dont be scared. go live at a retirement home its plenty quiet there i hear!!!!!!

I live at Canterbury Crossing the management ( what management)? Children unsuperviesed playing in the open sewer. severe drug activity, i'm the wrong color, loud music, fights, and stabbings. Tried to make report to management like I said (what management)? Cops won't come out (too afraid). Hobos sleeping in the breese ways. Vandelism on vehicles and property, occupants here illegle. If you do drugs and party this is the place for you and your children. Cause its a free for all prison. welcome to my nightmare HELP!!!!
