The management is good. Parking is o.k. The laundry room has improved since the keyless entry was added. The walls in the unit a paper thin. If you live on the bottom floor, you can hear everything, even a cough. Never felt unsafe. Overall pretty quite area to live. However if you in to being social with your neighbors, look elsewhere. The deposit sucks over there $150.00 per roommate. They like to charge you for the smallest things when you move out inorder to keep ypur deposit. So be sure everything is spotless.
