I lived there for 6 months. i can say that they have a nice floorplan for a two bed two bath. very big. nice inside. I never had any problems... but the management there sucks.. they lie. they put a black mark on my lease. and i got my lease back. the grounds arent kept very well at all. but the location is not great. consider what you are living across from. the bar and the other apartmetns. las brisas.. yuck.. it is a 50/50

I have to agree. The apartments are great and at this time the price is reasonable. However, beware of Randy Wilson assistant manager, and Amanda Stiles. Ms. Stiles was recently caught speaking in a sexually explict manner about the residents who live here on myspace.com.. Her Boss cut her salary in half, she was placed on probation and has to attend sexual harrasment classes. Ms. Stile was found in the alley behind her house several hours later due to a black out from having taken Vicodone and drinking heavily. She's to infantile to have this job. Her assistance manager is also to infantile to have this job. Everyone calls Amanda Stiles "Alleycat" because of her black out. The above is my opinion and so is this warning. Don't move here. Ever! There are finer places to live in Abilene than here.
