This is the worst place I have ever lived!
1. The place is a dump, and went down w/in the year we lived there. The apts. are dumpy, upkeep is very minimal.

2. We (husband and I) had both our vehicles broken into. We contacted police, then the apt. managers. The managers said this never happens here! Then they said because it happened twice, it must have been someone we know! Well, we heard from neighbors that it has happened a few times! Managers LIED !

3. Maintenance was horrible...until they replaced the only maintenance guy. Our AC went out, and the old maintenance guy said it was working properly. We bought a term. and it read over 90 degrees for days! Finally after numerous complaints & threats and a new maintenance guy...the AC of our unit got replaced.

Also, the EMERGENCY maintenance number they provide...DO NOT WORK!

4. We are military and got orders to move out of the country...we gave them over 3 days notice and gave a move out date. The specific date was because of when the military was picking up our things and when we had to report to our next base. The date was at the BEGINNING of the month, yet they are requiring us to pay the entire month! They refused to pro-rate our rent GOING OUT...but pro-rated our rent GOING IN !

Im sure this will change though, once we have the military contact them.

BOTTOM LINE...DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!
