Seems there is always people that complain and usually they are the problem. I live at Chimney Square and the place is nice and friendly. As far as cars being broken into this is a big lie. We have no problems here and apartments are not left needing repairs. When a problem is reported there is immediate attention to it. Yes Tammy was strick but because of that is why it is so nice here. I bet ones complaining people about the apartments are the ones that had to leave because they were not allowed to party and cause troubles for people that wanted a nice clean quiet place to live.

I am the one who had my JEEP broke into 4 times. Any one who calls me a lier can contact me or reply to this post and I will provide them with the 4 police reports. I was not forced to leave there but instead waiting on base housing to open up. When it open up for me I left. I was never the one causing problems instead I was the quite one who never interacted with anyone there. This place was a dump and I wish I had never moved in there. And YES TAMMY AND MARRY are BOTH rude when you go to them with problems that you have either in your apartment or with your vechile. So if any one wants to discuse the apartments with me then feel free to reply back.

I believe you that you had your jeep broken into 4 times. I also was a victim and I also have police reports. I left due to moving into military housing too. We did not party. We had a new baby - no partying and wanted quite! If management has changed then I would EXPECT things to change for the better! Im sure things are much different. There was NO security a few years back. My family WERE the oens who wanted a nice clean quite place to live. It was NOT like that when we lived there. So if it is now. Yeah! Happy to hear.

Ive had about 200 dollars worth stolen out of my friends boat and the stuff that was stolen was UNDER the seat.. so there are theives and snoopers at this apartment complex!!!!
