management is very rude and unhelpful.

I have lived in apts for yrs and this place is far above any place that i have lived.The office staff has always been helpful and nice and eager to address any problems and the maintance is out standing as well as the office staff.I would recomend this place to anybody .Seems like this person is the type of person that is always unhappy and a trouble maker.

i'm sorry, i'm not sure i understand how i am the troublemaker here. i am very happy. i'm a teacher, how on earth can you be unhappy and be a successful teacher? you can't, i'll go ahead and answer the question. and i sure am not a troublemaker. can't have a career and be a troublemaker. thanks for labeling me though, i appreciate that.

I also have lived in this apartment for a year. I have not had any problems with the office staff or the maintenance. Any time I have had any type of problem they have helped me as soon as the problem came about. They are on top of their feet, they to are also very helpful and understanding. I am sorry you feel this way maybe you should just try to find another place to live. Instead of trying to make everyone else not like it. As you can read you and one other person are the only ones to have a complaint. So by looking at this it does seem that you are the problem in the situation.

you know you said something about your cig.butts well pick them up and your dog poop and maybe she want say anything to you.She(Debbie) is just doing her job. It isnt fair for those that dont smoke or have an animal,it makes the grounds look bad.Because i dont smoke or have a pet,and it really makes me mad to step in the poop.I am with the other respond,if you have a problem maybe you need to move on.We love it here,and for people like you we dont need here.Management is not rude or unhelpful,She let you in,didnt she?You do know she has the choice to let you in or not?Well maybe she made the wrong choice with you.
