I lived at Chimney Square For 1 year and 3 months in a three bedroom three bath town home with garage. I was very pleased at what I walked in to clean and neat and well maintained house. I had one issue with Univesco and that was that I complained that my personnel door into the garage to the patio was damaged due to water before I got there and it was not replaced till I was there 9 months later. Then 2 months into my month to month to month lease the bath down stairs had begun to leak into my dinning room and living room. It was crazy that it took 3 weeks for some one to show up and when he did he only knocked I do have a working door bell and then I did not get enough time to get out of bed (I work nights) to get to the door. I called the office and they said he was there. Well what ever anyway he did not believe me that it was leaking but it only did it when the was pressure from someone in the shower. I had to try to seal a deal with him to caulk the tile (not the right fix for this job either should have been grouted) because I knew where it was coming from due to the previous caulk splitting. Getting the carpet removed yeah right it was even black underneath from mold. My issues was not with Univesco owners just the new management. Maintenance guys who are rude and he knows who he is what the heck I paid a great deal of money to live there and expected to have it taken care of. The Property manager was a rude woman. I missed the old company. Nothing was energy eff. there for costly energy bills. I liked that we were allowed to do what we wanted with the landscape in front of the home.

Well to begin... The electricity bill is all on your self, the appliances are the same as what they were whenever Univesco was the management company. So New Owners has nothing to do with energy efficent, it was the residents and there electric company. As of the landscaping nothing has been said to anyone about them doing there own landscape. You should feel free to. Why would you seal a deal with the maintenance man, if you knew it wasn't what needed to be done. Why not talk to the manager, to make sure that it was done right! That was your own fault. As for the maintenance guy who is rude, if you had a complaint you should of went to the management instead of now bringing it up. You should have confronted them face to face instead of being a coward.

Well at seven cents a kw it was not me the place is not insulated properly hey it is 30 plus years old and even in my own home that is 40 plus I redid the insulating. The appliances are not my problem they are the property owners they are the ones who replace them not ME. I was told if I wanted to plant flowers or do a small garden that I could that??s what I meant. I did call the office after the guy only knocked on my door not ring the bell (that??s why it??s there) then he returned and rang it like a mad man. Don??t be a coward ANONYMOUS I know you work there that??s why you know so much about what people say on here.
