We've had the missfortune of living beneath a very hyperactive middle age woman who seems to be usually rearanging furniture until about midnite every night. We've spoke to her personaly about the loud music after 11 PM, left notes, called the manager countless times, it slacks off a few nights then we're back to turning fans on and everything we can to drown out the noise and music. Sometimes we're awakened by loud bass booming around 6:30 AM.
We understand everyone has a right to their lifestyle and this is not an adult complex but the problem we have is not being given the option to settle this, and our complaint seem to fall on deaf ears, hence we're moving as quickly as we can.
The parking is a joke, some folks seem to have two places by their apt and our one place is half way across the complex. These are all issues we've disscused with managment.
We enjoy the neighborhood and the grounds are pleasant but we just can't deal with living in a dormatory type invironment.

you should move to another side of the apartment complex. The side we live on is super quit. I don't get the dorm feeling at all over here. We're young and I do play my music loudly, but i respect sleep (cause i hate being woken up) so i only play it loudly at around 11am-6pm... and it's only occassionally. You should suggest to the manager to mandate a sorta volume lvl or times to go nuts with it.

We may need to do that. Thanks for your feedback. I love music too, I play jazz-blues guitar and like it loud but NEVER at the expence of someone else's peace. I guess maturity has more to do with being aware of others than age-thanks again.
