i lived here while in college. there are some parties and what-not but they usually happene at the pool in the summer and are for all residents. the office staff took care of all of my problems quickly and if something was broken, it was fixed immediately. they spray for bugs once a month, they change your a/c filter once every three months. i did have a problem with one office girl because i was dating her ex, but that was personal. the apartments arent all that quiet, but they are well kept and the grounds are nice. they are publicly recommended for young people.
