I would never live in Eastern Oaks II again. Not only recently was a man shot an killed, but I saw cops and firemen on a regular basis. Someone broke into my apartment after I moved out and was still paying rent and helped themselves to a few boxes and my dvd player. Twice I was home alone and heard the matinence men trying to let themselves in, and never once left a note stating that they were in the apartment as is stated in the lease. My neighbors were extremly noisy and I even had someone steel my underwear out of the dryer.

You are so true, that place needs to get cleaned up. It really has no reason to be so disgusting, them again. Abilene really has no reason to be so Ghetto. Com'on folks its ABILENE!! Not the Metroplex or L.A.
