Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
i lived here for 6 months. it was kinda scary for a single college female, but my apartment was clean and never had any bugs. it was loud on occasion, but no real problems. maintence did a great job. however, i moved to riatta ranch (cockroach haven- i had heard it was nicer, but definatly not) and i had moved out everything but my phone and was still had my apartment for 2 more days... so i turned in my key and someone broke in once i had moved out. and the complex tried to charge me for breaking in my front door. tell me why i would break down my own front door''' i didnt have to pay in the long run, but it kind of scared me to realize that someone could so easily break into a 2nd floor apartment. the man who had gotten shot was soon after i moved out and was only a few apartments down.
