i moved into here after they changed from eastern oaks II to cimarron. i must admit it is much better than when it was eastern oaks but it could definitely be better!!! we have ants EVRYWHERE! the supposed "exterminator" comes every month but i swear he sprays sugar water so he can stay in business! raid worked much better and i dont have to worry about a stranger in my apt!

as far as the apt...the water gets shut off quite frequently...but usually not for longer than a couple hours. the showers stay hot for about 5 minutes...so if you plan on taking long showers i recommend NOT moving here!!!

maintenance is weird and not very friendly...but im sure shes harmless...seems to show up unannounced and with no reason!

its a cheap place to live and i guess you get what you pay for!
