WORST place I've ever lived.

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
The worst by far. I'm a good tenant. I've never paid rent late in my life. The facilities are alright and they do regular maintenance, but that doesn't make up for everything else. I won't bore you with all the details, but, basically, here's what I experienced at Cimarron:
-loud, sometimes violent neighbors
-vandalism (by tenants and others)
-unsupportive, uncooperative staff (although they are very friendly)
-staff entering apartments without notification in non-emergency circumstances
Once I moved into Cimarron I began sleeping with a hammer by my bed. Spare yourself. Live elsewhere.
