I have rented with Continental Villa 1998 to this present date. I wouldn't rent anywhere else but where I am now. The office staff is very caring and they don't treat you like a house number and are not just worried about getting your money. When I pay my rent they always ask me first if there is anything needed taken care of in my home, before they take my money. They always have concern for each individual. The maintenance is also nice and very attentive to my problems as well as other residents. It's a great place to live and very clean.
