I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THIS NASTY TRAILER PARK TO ANY ONE. THEY SAY ALL BILLS PAID TRUE,(BUT)IF THEY GO OVER THIER MONTHLY SPENDING ALLOWENCE ON THE BILLS THEN EVERY ONE HAS TO PAY SOME OF THE AMOUNT OF THE UTILITY COSTS!!THEN THEY SAY YOU CAN PAY ON THE 1ST AND THE 15TH WELL YOU CAN BUT YOU BETTER GET READY FOR A LATE FEE TOO.AND IF YOU DONT CUT YOUR GRASS THEN THEY WILL DO IT.BUT WITH A CHARGE...IT WOULD TAKE MONTHS FOR THEM TO FIX SOMETHING.THEY PAINT,PLASTER AND PUDDY EVERYTHING UP SO IT WILL LOOK NEW.THEY HAVE ROACHES,RATS,AND ANTS ALL THE TIME.THE TRAILER I WAS IN HAD A RAT BIG AS A KITTEN IT SCARED ME VERY BAD..THEY TREAT YOU NICE FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS THEN ITS AS YOU WHERE NEVER THERE.BUT IF YOUR ON SEC-8 HOUSEING THEN YOUR TREATED LIKE A KING.TO MUCH DRUGS THERE AND MEAN DOGS..WE HAD A PITBULL NEXT TO US AND IT ALL MOST BIT MY GRAN-BABY,IT KILLED MY FRIENDS CHIHUAHUA AND HURT 3 MORE.WE REPORTED IT BUT THEY NEVER DID NOTHING..THEY ALLWAYS WOULD PLAY LOUD MUSIC THERE KIDS WOULD BREAK OUT THEIR WINDOWS,BUT DID MANAGEMENT CARE' OH NOOOOO THEIR ON SEC-8.THEY ALL HAVE STEPS BUT IF YOU HAVE SEC-8 YOU GET BACK STEPS TOO IN CASE OF FIRE'' I GUESS THE REST OF THE PEOPLE CAN BURN HUH' CAUSE YOUR NOT ON SEC-8..ON A 3B/2B I WAS PAYING 650.00 BEFORE I HAD MOVED IN THEY SAID THEY WOULD MAKE IT HANDICAPED ASSIBLE FOR MY WHEELCHAIR.YEAH RIGHT...THE ONLY RAMP WAS THERES IN FRONT OF THE OFFICE THAT FOR ME TO PAY FOR IT MYSELF..THATS WHY THEY CALL THE PEOPLE THEIR TRAILER TRASH.ITS LIKE A GETTO OUT THERE BUT JUST THE OUT SIDE LOOKS GOOD UNTILL YOU SEE THE REST.NEVER AGAIN.

the place alright it also a good starter home.. you got to know that you cant go to the office if the animals are behaving that where you get the dog pound and the police involve not the office ... lot place like this dont do much. at all but yhou make it how you make it inside me and my friend are gonna move in there can make it liviable.. and im gonna make sure i get reciepts when i pay my rent won;t leave the office til i get it.. the rat problem be solve lol.. got a catch who will play with it at first then kill it llol. but there alright but you have to be picky on which you can get make sure there not lot of things wrong with it before you move in and when you get accepted anything needs to be fix look at the place before you actually move in and then go back and of course you have to demanding.. lot places are like that ...
