This company is managed by Key Property. Key Property has some nice trailers that are not all bills paid, but the trailers in Continental Villa are old and nasty. They stink. They are not well kept. There have been no updates to them since I first looked at them 8 years ago, and I am sure that there were not any updates since they acquired them. The all bills paid is enticing, I agree, but not worth it. Plus, my brother lived in these and they tried to stick him for every penny they could. They wanted extra money every month for utilities when it was supposed to be all bills paid. They took the total that the community was over on the utility budget and divided the total and made everyone pay part. I don't know about you, but I don't want to be responsible for how much utilities others use. I would no move here.
