I have lived here for over two years and have had no problems. I live in a small two bedroom and the grounds are exceptionally kept. I will complain about the potholes in the parking lot however. The maintenance is superior in that they can usually service your request within the same day. Honestly I think the people who have reviewed previously have not lived in an apartment before.
