As far as apartments go this place is a little expensive. But it's worth it. My wife and I took the entire apartment tour around the city. This was by far the nicest place.

The grounds are very pristine. Thick green grass. The pools are very nice. I don't buy the 'green water' statement made by another reviewer.

Lots of windows. We live in the large two bedroom. The living room has bay doors with vertical windows in them, a window in the dining room, and a huge sliding glass door in the master bedroom.

The management has been very fair. We received a lease violation notice on our door because a neighbor claimed we had loud music on very late at night. We were up, did hear the noise, but it wasn't coming from our apartment. We explained everything to the management and they handled it very well.

My only complaint is the parking lot potholes. The summer rain has really left its mark on the parking lot. I hope that gets corrected soon.

I recommend this complex. It's a very safe place for a family if you can afford it.
