Where should I start' Well too pricey for one. Built in 1982 and my hot water heater was the original one it leaked water and jacked up my elec bill to $380. The management still would not replace it. management is rude they do not treat you like your a paying customer. They dont have pet deposits..they have a pet "fee"...$300 and you dont get any of it back...what a rip. Electricity in Abilene is outrageously expensive. Bottom line stay away rude management crappy maintenance, and too high of rent. I lived there 1 year and two months. Oh yeah and the insulation is crappt too.
