Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
The rent sounds good at first but increases after your initial lease is up. The mngt. is very rude and runs their complex more like a ---- Camp. Plan on being in high school again if you choose to live here because they'll punish the whole complex at any given time including closing the pool and washer and dryer facilities for more than two weeks!
PETS: They say welcome but can not exceed a certain weight. The depost is non-refundable $300 .
SECURITY DEPOST: I left under military orders and STILL have not seen my security deposit returned instead got the "check in the mail" story.
