Originally from TN and moved to Abilene via DC in mid 1990's. Management was rude and over the top. Initially, rent was due on 1st with no monetary penalty grace period until the 5th. All the sudden, mgt. changed policy without ample notice and charged outrageous late fee for paying on the 5th. Got in a debate with some militant manager because she wouldn't wave fee - and she threatened to have my belongings on the sidewalk if unannounced fee wasn't paid ASAP. Very rude and unprofessional management.
