i have lived here about a year and have had very few problems and the few issues were fixed right away i would recommend these apartments to anyone

CCV must have revamped management since the mid 1990(s). The place is decent for Abilene and in a good location. Before I moved from Abilene, I had my housekeeping folks clean the apartment - and I did get a nice note from the apartment complex for leaving the place neat and in good shape. However, my major memory of this place is how militant and cocky the little management team was during this era. Those management chicks (circa 1996) are probably leather faced and all wrinkled by now ;-).
