I have lived and worked at Country Place. I had a very pleasant stay and a great working experience. The rent is at a very good rate and they do do the work orders on time. I have read some of the reviews and yes they are biased but i think Country Place is a GREAT place to live. We had new owners in the past but the old owners are back and things are getting taken care of.
