i am disappointed

i like my apartment and i like living there. but i am very disappointed in the way the office is run and maintenance is handled. i have been to the office just 2 times since i have been living here and the first time i had to wait until after 1:00 to catch the person i was wanting to talk to. and the 2nd time my air conditioner did not work in this 100 degree weather and after calling and calling after 9:00 i finally got someone around 10:00 just to hear the maintenance person would not be there until the next morning it seems no one want to work.
