I HAVE READ MANY OF THE COMPLAINTS LISTED BELOW AND AGREE WITH MOST OF THEM. THE MAINTENANCE IS TERRIBLE AND THE WILD BOAR BEHIND THE DESK (TYRANT)IS BEING WEIGHED DOWN BY HER GREED AND IGNORANCE. I DON'T SEE HOW SHE WALKS WITHOUT FALLING OVER. I HAVE ASKED FOR A DISHWASHER AND FOR SOMEONE TO COME AND UNCLOG THE SINK ALONG WITH OTHER MISCELLANEOUS ISSUES, NONE WHICH HAVE BEEN TAKING CARE OF. ITS ALMOST AS IF THE COMPLEX DOESN'T CARE WHETHER YOU LIVE IN FILTH OR NOT. I ALSO HAVE MOLD IN MY UNIT AND HAVE HAD IT FOR 6 MONTHS. MAKES ME WONDER WHAT THE TYRANTS HOME LOOKS LIKE. OR IF SHE EVEN WASHES HER UNDERWEAR. NONE THE LESS, SHE STILL DRIVES AROUND IN HER FANCY CARS AND SMOKES HER CANCER STICKS AS IF SHE HASN'T A CARE IN THE WORLD. I ASSURE YOU TENANT, THINK TWICE BEFORE MOVING IN, READ THE FINE FINE PRINT, THERES FEES AROUND EVERY CORNER, LEAVING YOU HELPLESS LIKE A TOURIST IN NEW YORK. "GIVE ME YOUR MONEY, OR ELSE!!"

SHE'LL TAKE ALL OF YOUR MONEY AND ASK FOR MORE, LIKE A LEECH, NEVER ENOUGH, AS LONG AS YOU KEEP FEEDING HER SHE WILL REMAIN IN POWER. SOMETHING MUST BE DONE ABOUT THIS MONSTER. IF NOTHING HAPPENS NOW SHE'LL CONTINUE TO GROW AND RAPE EVERYONE THAT COMES IN CONTACT WITH HER OF ALL THEIR MONEY. SHES IN THE PROCESS OF EVICTING ME RIGHT NOW, THINKING IT WOULD BE THE ONLY WAY TO RID THE PEST(TENANT).
INSTEAD OF SOLVING THE PROBLEM SHE WOULD RATHER LEAVE YOU YOU STRANDED, ALONG THE SIDE OF THE ROAD.

i never would have guessed that you have a maid...you are very selfish and celf centered and no matter how drunk or how beligerant a tenant might be, it is against the Privacy Law (1976)to volunteer personal information. the disclosure of the recent events is unlawful. I am the manager of Country Place and this tenant that is writing this is just got time on his hands, never really worked i had to listen to his girlfriend talk about how she was the only one paying rent and he was drunk all the time and very abusive to her , my mom also lives there and i was visiting her one day (Saturday Afternoon) and seen this tenants girlfriend walking the parking lot crying very loudly, saying this tenant (her boyfriend) was very abusive and lazy (which i believe after all the late rents) he has had since move-in. I gave her a ride to work in my FANCY car (Vet) and she had nothing good to say about him. The tenant was warned several times on music and finally when i could see we were not getting anywhere i had to evict. Any more questions you may feel free to call us and we will be glad to help you. If someone is mad at you they will try to bring you down anyway and the only way is through writing bad reviews, well it did not work for me, is very hard to get me down. I have been at this property for 13years and i will not let this tenant bother me. He really shows his IQ level and immaturity. And my house is kept very well, I have a maid, Thank you
