ok so I've been living here for a short time and old Macdonald has a problem exerting a customer care ability. they say in all their eviction threats that they value you as a resident and stuff but its all lies. I've been threatened with eviction if i don't have rent paid by the 3rd every month and my lease states that i can pay late. maybe if they weren't trying to see things with their heads up their butts they might understand that not everyone is blessed with a regular check on the 1st and 15th each month. my paychecks are every 2 weeks and that causes a fluctuation on the days i get paid. also when you work 12 hour days 6 days a week and the family size bag o' douche in the office isn't there on weekends it makes it difficult to go talk to them or pay, and no i don't trust dropping my rent in the drop box when a landlord's as crooked as this lady. the owner's place isn't in the office, that creates problems and she should let the manager's run things without her greedy nose in everyones business. i'm reporting them to the BBB and the TAA for their violations of Texas residency rights and i really hope they understand that tyranny isn't the way to run a community when your posting scripture everywhere and you never bother to look at your hypocritical ass-face in the mirror.

i have been here a short time too and i relized not to long after i had been here that is all they are thinking about is how they can get money from there tenants. but they dont realize its the tenants that keep a roof over there head and food on there table.
