Do NOT move here! It's a trap, just like the last person commented! They do the year lease cheaper than the six month lease to trap you in this hell hole! Poor maintance jobs, leaks horribly in the bathroom, and the WORST roach problem I have seen! Every morning I wake up and walk into the kitchen or bathroom and turn on the light, I see at least two or three roaches scurring their way back into the "nest". I've bombed the place like crazy, layed down roach powder, used the roach gel, and raid and it's as if I've done nothing! It's terrible! Do not move here, seriously! There's a big gapping hole around the showerhead and a pipe leading out of the ceiling over the show; it's disgusting! Taking a shower you see the roaches crowling!

The electricity is another DOWNFALL! There is NO LIGHTS in the BEDROOM OR LIVING ROOM! There are at least two light switches in the bedroom and livingroom but there are no light fixtures to be turned on; the only light given off is the light that you recieve from the kitchen, dinning room, and bathroom. Seriously'! You need light in a living room and bedroom! I've had to get so many lamps to put up just to give me light! What place does not have lights in the common area'

DON'T MOVE HERE! The minute my lease is up, I'm packing me stuff and moving out the minute it's over! This has become the worst nightmare! Take my advice!!! It's over-rated! The price you pay for rent, is $200 too much to live with the roaches!
