This is a horrible place to live! The parking is horrible, people park behind you, in fire lanes, block the back entrance. 2 apartments have been busted for dealing drugs. Management is rude and not helpful/ Our bathtub tiles caved in and we informed them 5 times then black mold started grwing behind where the tiles caved in and when they finally came to fix it they just covered over the black mold. Our hot water heater goes out constantly, the dryer unit just blows lint all over the fire place leaks water and they wont sweep the chimney so you cant even use it. We did not have heat for 4 months b/c they wouldnt fix it. There are constantly parties the neighbors stomp up and down the stairs to the point where it has made pictures fall of my walls. people just sit in their cars and listen to music so loud it makes the apt rattle and they do this all night. The office staff is just horrible, they wont tell maint. if you have a problem. do not live here!!!!!!

Well, what about the cockroaches? Do you call the police on them too or do you live in harmony? hahahaha
