Where to start with these people....This was our first apartment together, my fiance and i and we moved in here bc the floor plan was large and the deposit was only 50 bucks...BAD IDEAAA!! When we moved in the apartment was FILTHY there was pink spray paint all over the carpets and beet bottles in all the cabinets like they had a party while "cleaning" . Gross. The real problem started when the ceiling of our second bathroom had a small leak..they never came and after four months it completely caved in ..still no help so my fiance had to go show Cheryl pictures for her to even do anything about it. We had a tub underneath the leak that we had to dump out twice to three times a day. The living room floor leaks and has ruined two peices of my good furniture. One day we came home to our back room completely flooded bc the toilet broke and was SPEWING water EVERYWHERE, all the clothes in that back closet were soaked and smelled like mildew bc it took them so long to take care of that. Our whole apartment smells HORRIBLE bc of all the water. And NOW NOW NOW this is the kicker here...There are crickets (and i HATE those) coming through our light fixture in the dining room. Tell me how the hell they do that'' There are about 7-10 falling through there a night and it's been going on for about a week. Luckily we have a cat and any time he hears them he jumps on the table and waits so I have enough time to get the shoe ready to kill it..however I can't sit up ALL NIGHT killing crickets!!! We have a month left and I cannot wait to get the hell outta there. Not to mention the parking is HORRIBLE and Ive had my windows shot out iwth a bb gun before. O

50 bucks? what the hell are you complaining about. Crickets are not cockroaches... 50 bucks? Really? Might check the place out. Why don't you pay to have your carpets cleaned might help with the stench of filth you have created for yourself.
