they are not the BEST nor are they The WORST. They are reasonably Priced, and reasonably taken care of. They do need to work harder on maintenance... I know they try there hardest, the maintenance men ,not the office. the grounds look alright, the washers are in nice condition on the laundry room. I say that if you aren't Too high maintenance the its a good place to live. If you have a noise complaint dont bother with calling the office, just call the police, 3 noise complaints and they are evicted, so problem solved.
