If you like management that you can't trust, lights that are always burned out( go there at nite); a pool and " spa" that looks like a cesspool most of the time: mudslides every time it rains; trees that are either dying or have not been cut back in 10 yrs; or like an unpainted facility; or like the feel of an actual ghetto complete with break ins,gates that are always broken, plus an incompetent maintenace staff then Covington Pointe is for you. Plus they are raising rents $100/mont. Do not trust anything management tells you. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

I agree! This place is horrible....how about all of the stray cats & dog crap everywhere. It smells like feces everytime you go out of your apartment..
