I had a friend who lived there and had a problem with their parking. An accident occured and the property owner and staff did not see justice in anyway to cover the accident since it was not covered in their insurance. They insisted he/she use their insurance to cover when the accident was not by the individuals fault, but the property not keeping the parking lot in good condition. The time was night and unable to see, a rubar was sticking out of a parking block and got caught under the car, ripping the front bumper off of one side. If any military members or residents of Abilene, you will be held responsible for their actions of not keeping a good safe area for the residents, not having to worry about car damage most importantly.

They should use their own insurance. They should look where they are going and put the responsibility in their own hands.
