I lived here for a couple of years. I complained to the management about the noisy neighbors, repeatedly. Nobody was ever evicted. Anytime we got a decent rain, water would pool at the bottom of my apartment's steps. Maintenance couldn't (or wouldn't) fix the nearby drain to alleviate this situation. Someone discharging several rounds from a pistol right outside my balcony was the last straw. This came only a couple of months after I heard shots from the parking lot area. Only two good things came out of living here: 1) It was cheap. 2)Me and my colleagues at work can laugh over the fact that I once lived there.
