I'm sure that majority of the people who wrote bad reviews were probably also bad residents. Crime is everywhere and no matter where you live it can happen right outside your front door. It is hard enough to get rid of a bad reputation and we all know that, but when it's beyond their control is it really fair to say such terrible things'' The outside appearance isn't too inviting but the insides are pretty if your are clean and attempt to make your apartment look nice. Management has always been great and friendly to me, and maintenance was prompt and always polite. I have lived in nicer, more expensive communities and would have worse things to say about their staff. Don't blame management for things that are beyond their control, it could happen anywhere. All in all the things management can control they do a great job of.
