Fairmont is one of the worst places to live. I was so embarrassed to show apartments. Roaches were a big problem when I was there. The carpets wont be changed unless there are some big and I mean big holes in it. If they are just stained really bad they will stay. There are a lot of trashy people living there because we will let anyone in as long as they don't have a felony. I liked everyone I had worked with there, but the owners, who dont even live in the US are too greedy with their money to take care of the apartments. I don't recommend living there, ESPECIALLY if you have children. There is just too much crime going on around the apartments.

wow you worked there the same time I used to live there the apts where ok to me I didn't stay long but my sister used to stay there for about two years before they moved on base I just remember when I was late with my rent they came and took my damn tv I thought that was ghetto but I signed to that on my lease so its what ever I can picture it being ghetto more now because in 20002 people would hang out around the apts I have moved from texas since then enjoying sunny florida but I am glade you commented because I always knew those people didn't fly to straight
