I lived at Fairmont when I was stationed at Dyess. I really liked the apartment. Mine had new carpet and huge closets. I lived there about two years. The maintenance was good. The people that worked there were very helpful. It was close to everything. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a nice apartment in a nice part of town.
