I have lived in Texas the past 12 years. This apartment plus the manger ----------- has been my worst nightmare since I moved to Texas. I was told Texans are nice, but my experience with this property especially with ----------- has been horrible.. the apartment was horrible, fitly, full of mold and a rat hole. At least 4 to 5 cars and 7 to 8 apartment s are broken a day. the apartment manager she doesn't care. she is rude, racist who actually used the term she hates renting and dealing with "-------". she would not give the owners information or the managing company by the TAA law she is supposed to. she gives the city of Abilene residents a bad name. parking is impossible. all the employees are liars. Stay away from that complex. Especially if you are black.This property should not have any star. It is a dump and should not be available for public. I don t know what is wrong with the health department but They need to do their job and close this dump.

This person does not know what they are talking about. The management staff is great i have never had a problem. Anything i have ever needed has been taken care of. The apartments are in good condition. I have never heard anyone who works in the office ever be unprofessional. I really doubt that ---- made a racist commit to anyone. Maybe this person is making this up

I am the manager of this property. It is a shame that there is a forum to publish such horrible lies. It is even worse that someone may actually believe them. For the record a slander suit is being filed against the author. Surprisingly enough, this author is military and is supposed to be representing our country. A complaint will be filed with her superiors as well. Anyone who knows the management of this property knows that this is absurd. Fairmont is a great place to live and maintains a very high occupancy rate. Persons from a variety of backgrounds, countries of origin, and races reside at Fairmont and all are equally and highly valued. At Fairmont, we strive very hard to serve our residents so it is disheartening that the lies of one person could undermine our efforts. We don't claim to be perfect by any means, but we work every day to provide a nice home which is in a nice location for a great price. Most of our residents are very pleased with what we offer. The strange thing is that the only contact that I had with this woman was to drive up on a Saturday and refund her full deposit because she was unhappy and yelling at my employees. Thankfully for my staff & residents she went on down the street to terrorize some other apartment community.

If this was posted anonymously... how can you sue anyone for slander? Although I would agree that there is a large minority population at Fairmont and I never heard any racist comments from any of the staff during any of the numerous times I found myself in the office trying to get things fixed in my apartment.

Okayfor the first person that replied to this, saying this place is in great shape, they must be blind. Second, i have not heard any racism here fromt he employees, ill give them that. However, this place is seriously lacking, by the way, i just posted everything, its the newest on the same date as this comment. This place is horrible. Ready my review. And to the manager that posted, you are a liar. Your apartment complex, is the WORST i have ever lived it. Look at all the reviews that have been posted on this site about it, only a very small amount of people have said this place is GREAT!! I would not be suprised if you wrote those yourself. These apartments should be dozed down. Were not making this stuff up, its the truth, you just dont care. By the way.. . .. .. .You will find out.
