I lived at fairmont apartments and all I can say is I am glad I dont live there any more. mulitple fatal shootings on Fairmont grounds and multiple stabbings in the parking lot while I lived there. Did not feel safe walking a short distance to check the mail.
Noise is a constant problem, walls are paper thin. submitting complaints and dealing with management is a complete nightmare. Parking is another issue that needs to be dealt with, with no assigned parking you may have to park on the opposite side of the complex.We did not feel safe. Spoke with management trying to get an on-site security guard but that request fell on deaf ears
I would strongly advise people to look else where for an apartment. Would not recommend for families with children. Not a safe area to raise your kids
