If you happen to go to a party or just to visit anyone over at the Fairmont apartments, you absolutely have to park in that little tiny designated area, even though, there is plenty of parking, no cars around mine when I parked. We weren't there 5 minutes, when these crack head tow people ran up and put locks on my wheels! So when I go tell them Ill move it even though there's no reason too since there is still ample parking! The dude tried shake me down for 50 bucks to unlock my wheels, I'm assuming by looking at the piece of trash that I was dealing with that he needed crack money! The name of the Tow Company is R&R I believe, TOTAL CROOKS!!! The apartment manager is apparently in on this scam, ----------- is her name. On Monday I called Fairmont, and they said they never heard of their tow truck drivers shaking people down for money in the parking lot, but to my surprise when I was going through my paperwork, it was the apartment manager who called to have my car towed! So on top of the $700 it took to get my back from the sleazebags that were actually trying to scam me out of the title to the car, I also was flat out LIED TO BY FAIRMONT !!! This is clearly a place you don't want to visit, and if you are looking for an apartment, Fairmont would be perfect for you if you absolutely no friends, or you have the money to pay the crack heads in the tow trucks that swarm their parking lots.
