Not going to mention the crime in this area, or that there are NO parking. Or that gangsters and crack heads run around this area buy stuff from people that live here. Or that the laundry mat smells like dead people inhabit the walls, and that people just walk in and urinate on the floors in there. Or that in one of the two disgusting laundry places in this complex, only two washers, and two dryers current work in both of them. Or when i had mold chipping away from my celing, they just painted over it. Or that i have had a work order in there since i moved in, now a year and a half and they have yet to do anything about it.

Not to mention a leaky sink that i had, i called the emergency line and was told to put a towel under it until monday. (that was a friday night).

Im also not going to mention that they turn the water off at least twice a month and dont tell anyone. They also do it at the most inappropiate times. Like 5pm and on, making it very hard to cook dinner, or take a shower, or wash your dishes.

Im not going to say that the parking lot is in shambles. Pot holes so big it damaged my friends car when he drove on it. It was raining and the parking lot flooded and he was driving and BLAM!!! Giant pot hole.

The owner of the place is never friendly. On many occastions i looked at her about to say hi and she bolts away. I think she knows that this place is horrible and should be shut down. Shoot, she walks very very fast every time i have seen her leave her office to her car. Wanna know why' Becuase this place is NOT safe at all.

Usually i take my trash out at night, at the end of the day, and 2-4 times a week, i will either be approched by someone wanting something, money, drugs etc. Or i will get stared at by some waist of life dealer or gangster.
