this place is ok...i live here now and its pretty good. a local woman can be murdered anywhere, so dont let that bother you. they dont rent out her old apartment or anything. the office staff is a couple of dumb college chicks, but theyre ok. it is hard to get the a/c fixed, but anything else is fine. i had a problem with ants when i moved in, but they fixed that the first time. the grounds, you can tell, used to be nice but leave something to be desired now. do not go swimming in the volleyball pool! it is dirty!!! there is a little playground, and washers, but the washers arent enough. ammple parking, well lit, feels safe. rent is really good! we are thinking about staying another year in a bigger apartment.
