Don't judge a book buy it's cover, looks nice from the outside, inside is not bad either. But the appliances are old, probably older than me. The kitchen sink is out dated, you'll have a hard time washing dishes. You can use your washer if it doesn't leak. This complex was built in 1983; I'm pretty sure the insulation on this wall are deteriorating. When it's cold outside it'll be colder inside, when it's hot and humid outside it'll be worse inside the apartment; I say again BAADDD insulation. You can use your AC during summer, but be ready to pay a "phat bill" because of the noisy AC condenser you see right next to the apartments. They are old, rusty, noisy probably older you and me. But don't get me wrong it still works, it's just not an energy saver, the only way management can change them if its "Breaks". Also, the window is not a sealed window, so either the AC would leak outside during summer or the heat would leak outside during winter. So prepare to pay around a minumum of 180 bucks for bills, which was ridiculous on my case, I almost faint when I saw my bill. Also, noise factor, it's a noisy neighborhood, mostly cars with their big mufflers, you'll here a lot of (WOT) wide open throttle pulling 9 seconds in your parking lot, like it's NASCAR racing day, and it's 2AM in the morning. So if I were you, I'd look somewhere else, by the Abilene Mall preferrably, they have nice gated community ones at a great price, I bet they have nice "insulation" you'll save a lot of money on electric bills, and hardship. GOT IT' now go get your money's worth!
