Parking: Again, the entrances can be a tight squeeze when two cars are around, but there is ample parking all around the complex. Also, when you have guests they can park wherever they want and not have to worry about being towed.

Noise: Not a problem. I can occasionally hear my upstair's neighbor walking or kids yelling outside in the parking lot, but it is all to be expected.

Grounds: Fine. There is a little more dog poop than I'd like, but that's the residents fault. The pools are really nice and rarely busy.

Safety: I can't say that this complex is safe. In the last year, I've experienced car vandalism, a night prowler, a mentally ill man wandering the property, a woman was attacked after she came upon a man masturbating, and some children were subjected to a man masturbating in the laundry room. More than a couple of residents have suggested a security officer, but so far nothing has been done about it. Supposedly there have been 4 murders in the complex. The only one we know much about is the News Reporter who was murdered and the case never solved. Her murder occured in Apt 427 and management is still leasing this apartment and not telling the tenants.

Construction: They are in the midst of fixing all the old wooden stair rails and replacing them with metal ones. Apparently, the complex has new owner's that are trying to fix up the outward appearance so there might be more coming. As for appliances, everything works.

Maintenance: I've been really impressed. They fix everything the day I ask and are friendly, helpful, and remember my name.

Staff: For the most part, I can't complain. They have been pretty sassy to me before, but I think it comes with the territory. I do wish they would take the security more seriously.
