I recently moved from Las Brisas to attend College. I have never had any complaints about living there. I definitely recommend Las Brisas to anyone. They have people of all ages living there, they allow pets, and maintenance is wonderful. I feel that Las Brisas is being cheated on these ratings due to angered residents. I have never done anything that jeopardized my lease, therefore, I have never had a falling out with them. I feel that if you abide by the rules you have no reason to have hard feelings over how they are managed. Once again Las Brisas has so many things to offer: spacious rooms, clean grounds, great maintenance, and very friendly staff. Overall I have no complaints, and recommend Las Brisas to everyone.
