I lived at Las Brisas for a year now. My lease is almost up THANK HEAVENS!! The Staff in the office, isn't the best. If you rent here, ask for Willa, she does best job there. The apt I lived in, had bugs, appliances were crappy,EVERY sink or toliet in my apt overflowed or backed up at some point over the last year.(ruining my personal things) The carpet is absoluetly nasty,(doesnt appear to have been shampooed in the last ten years)The parking is horrible, the dumpsters are always overflowing, and I can hear my upstairs neighbors EVERY MOVE, or bodily function. AND dont plan on being able to brush your teeth, flush your toliet, wash your face, take a shower,(anything that involves water between 10am to 6 pm) because its always shut off.
Bottom line, go pay a hundred bucks more somewhere else. Las Brisas isnt worth it.
