I lived at Las Brisas for six months. When I left, I had cleaned the place from top to bottom, and then awaited my Deposit totalling 350.00. I knew some money would be deducted from the deposit because my cat has messed up the blinds in the living room and bedroom area, but the rest was a shock when I received my check. They have stolen 160.00 from me. Claims of broken windows that were NOT, I repeat, NOT broken when I moved out and cleaning fees totalled 100.00. Now they were all very nice and I didn't mind living there, but now I realize that's how they keep rent cheap. They gouge you on your deposit. So take a tip from me, and take pictures of everything before you move in, and after you're done living there. They will gyp you and there is nothing that can be done about it. Watch your back, and save your own A#$.
Better yet, don't move into Las Brisas at all.
