My husband and I have lived at Las Brias twice.
We never had a problem with the staff,mice,roaches,or other creatures.When we left in April of 2005 we able to purchase our own home.
The apartment was left spotless.RENT WAS ALWAYS PAID ON TIME.
In my opinion the staff has a very much of a right dealing WITH PEOPLE WHO CONSTANTLY COME IN LEAVE A MESS,LEAVE IN A MIDDLE OF A LEASE AND DON'T SAY ANYTHING.THEY GET SICK OF IT TOO.THEREFORE THE RENT GOES UP.WE NEVER HAD OUR CAR BROKEN INTO.IN FACT AREA CODE 79606 IS THE SAFEST TO LIVE ABILENE.

You probably lived in the better part of the complex. It gets much worse if you walk around and just watch the people who live there... Also if you get the chance to meet the owner of the complex, I recommend avoiding any contact with him.

well I belive this place should be shut down I mean come on who would say these apartments are nice look at all the other reviews everyone is not lying this place is trash its a dump what do you have to say about that ragaly tennis court and how they are always shutting off the water and yeah I lived there 10 years ago they are still doing that@#$% come on when dose it end you and maybe a couple other people would live in this dumpe its trash and is ghetto lol are you serious and when I did pay my rent on time they tried to charge me 50 because I paid on the 3rd uh its after the 3rd its late they tried to put me out if I didn't pay I will never forget what they did to me and its been ten years I was young and paid them but they did me wrong they are some nasty people
