My husband and I have lived at Las Brias twice. We never had a problem with the staff,mice,roaches,or other creatures.When we left in April of 2005 we able to purchase our own home. The apartment was left spotless.RENT WAS ALWAYS PAID ON TIME. In my opinion the staff has a very much of a right dealing WITH PEOPLE WHO CONSTANTLY COME IN LEAVE A MESS,LEAVE IN A MIDDLE OF A LEASE AND DON'T SAY ANYTHING.THEY GET SICK OF IT TOO.THEREFORE THE RENT GOES UP.WE NEVER HAD OUR CAR BROKEN INTO.IN FACT AREA CODE 79606 IS THE SAFEST TO LIVE ABILENE.

You probably lived in the better part of the complex. It gets much worse if you walk around and just watch the people who live there... Also if you get the chance to meet the owner of the complex, I recommend avoiding any contact with him.
