these apartments are not what they advertise......the tennis courts are overrun with weeds and the nets are tore up (if there is even a net there), the sauna is a kiddie pool and the racquet ball court does not exist ( it is probably full of junk)....the water is cut off atleast once a week to fix a pipe (it would help if they would fix stuff right instead of rigging it) air conditioners need charged constantly (during the summer)...the pools are filled with people drinking and cussing (not a place to take your kids)....the grounds are dirty and filled with trash and dog doo (better watch your step)....apts havent been updated since they were built (painting something white is not considered updating) appliances are older than me....walk outside your apts and watch people using drugs (getting high etc...) and no matter how clean your apt and carpet is when you move out.....YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK!!!!Moving into the ghetto is a step up from these apts.....

hell yea these apartments suck.i hate tis place these people are full of ---- the water is always cut off...every where u look there is trash...where they need to watch they dont watch .i know 10 people that sell drugs in these apartments.the maintenence tattle tail on people that they dont need to be tattletellin on... tennis court???????i see kids skateboard in tear the nets more than they already are there all the time ....the vending machines dont work the laundry room is so ghetto i jack 20.00 every time i go in there...is 2 ft. concidered a pool??i didnt think so!rent is 420.00 for a one bedroom...so dont let them lie to you!!!there is always a fight breaking out in these apartments (wife beaters encouragers)does hendrick hospital wanna buy las brisas????(tear this ----- down)what ever you do dont live here ...stay at your mommas house!!!trust me!!!!

Absolutely, my son moved into these apartments for 6 months (6 months toooo long). The air never worked and the heater ran all the time. Sink in bath stayed clogged nearly all six months. Cockroaches are considered pets!!! When he moved out, I cleaned the apartment myself and he still did not get the deposit back. They are not to be trusted, no matter how nice they might seem. It is a SCARY place to live. I would encourage you NOT NOT NOT NOT to move in there.

omg you are right these apts are a dump the tennis court is over ran with weeds its a nasty place to live the rent used to be 315 back in 2000 I can't belive they acutally raised the rent on these peice of ---- apts I lived here 6 months to long as well I had a bad plumbing problem this place sucks what ever you do please don't live in these apts they are are a real ---- hole
