YOU CAN EITHER HAVE HEAT OR AIR ---- GOODLUCK GETTING EITHER ONE, THE ROACHES WILL EAT YOU OUT OF HOUSE AND HOME, YOU LEARN TO KNOW THE POLICE BY NAME, THEY ARE THERE EVERY DAY FOR ONE REASON OR ANOTHER, KEEP YOUR DOORS AND CARS LOCKED, BEEN KNOWN TO HAVE BREAK INS, GET USE TO WASHING DISHES AND DON'T DARE ASK FOR A NEW DISHWASHER, YOU WILL NOT GET IT! BEST BET, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE, WHERE THE OWNERS ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY AND WHERE YOU WILL GET MORE FOR YOUR MONEY. THEY COULD NOT PAY ME TO LIVE HERE AGAIN, RENT FREE----NO WAY!!!
