I am currently living at Maison Blanche and will be moving soon. There is not a maintenance man, and stuff never seems to get fixed. We are also on a boiler system so the air conditioner doesn't work very well. The management here is not very good either. Stuff falls apart very quickly here, but it takes FOREVER to get it fixed. I thought that with everything paid it would be worth it. But I would rather pay my own bills, then to be without good maintenance. I would not recommend these to anyone, even those looking for a small lease.
